In our experience, a deep understanding of contract management is critical for a sophisticated appreciation of sectoral risk in the infrastructure sector.
Our teams advise clients on the entire lifecycle of a contract from the stage of structuring and signing the contract, through the project execution phase including claims management and thereafter discharging of the contract. Currently, Archeus Law handles several large-scale infrastructure development projects across the infrastructure sector, including but not limited to energy, highways, metro rail, urban infrastructure, and construction projects. We have been the legal adviser to a significant number of Public Private Partnership infrastructure projects (PPP).
Archeus also advises on the entire gamut of legal and regulatory issues in relation to project development, including detailed contract review, identifying, and segregating contentious and non-contentious issues, pre-dispute document preparation, and advice.
