Rajdeep Choudhury

Rajdeep is a commercial litigation and arbitration lawyer. He appears in all High Courts in India, the Supreme Court of India and statutory tribunals. Rajdeep also appears in arbitrations governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (“the ACA”) and all the main rules, including those of the SIAC, HKIAC, ICC, LCIA, and UNCITRAL.
Rajdeep acts as independent arbitrator and has been admitted as Associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb).
Rajdeep advises and represents all stakeholders in disputes arising in a range of industries, including oil and gas, power, mining, commodities, shipbuilding, transportation, and trade. This includes owners, contractors, consultants, insurers, operators, suppliers, lenders, and offtakers.
Rajdeep is also instructed on investigations relating to allegations of fraud, bribery and corruption, sanctions, money laundering and other misconduct.

ranjit prakash
Chief Executive Partner
Ranjit founded Archeus Law in October 2016. He has over 28 years of experience in the legal profession. Before launching Archeus Law, Ranjit headed the Dispute Resolution, Project Advisory, and Corporate Law Practice verticals in various reputed law firms in India. Ranjit was also amongst one of the founding senior partners at HSA Advocates. He regularly speaks at forums and seminars and has been known to author papers and articles on the areas of Energy, Infrastructure, Arbitration, Regulatory, and Policy.
Mr. Prakash advises some of the largest infrastructure and energy projects in India. He also advises some of the largest corporates in the Indian market and represents major international players with their interests in the Indian energy, mining, infrastructure, and dispute space.
Ranjit has also been currently advising several of the firm’s clients on domestic and international arbitration-related matters, including international arbitrations before the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

arun mani
Partner
Arun is a Partner with Archeus Law and heads the firm’s Project Advisory and Infrastructure practice. Arun has a professional experience of more than 13 years. Previously, Arun was a Partner with HSA Advocates in their Infrastructure, Project Advisory, and Dispute Resolution team. Before that, he was a junior lawyer in the chambers of Mr. C.S. Vaidyanathan, Senior Advocate (former Additional Solicitor General of India).
At Archeus, Arun has been actively involved with diverse assignments in the infrastructure sector, in particular, dealing with EPC Contract Management and Project Advisory, legal and commercial due diligence of PPP transactions, and bid process management.
He holds substantial experience in the contract management and project advisory space and regularly advises on various facets of projects including but not limited to investments and structuring, project financing, drafting, and review of EPC contracts and other project documents. He advises all participants including governments, lenders, developers, and contractors, in energy and infrastructure transactions, urban infrastructure, and real estate development.

anshuman pande
Partner
Anshuman is a Partner at Archeus Law and has been with the firm since its inception. He previously held a position at HAS Advocates as part of the Infrastructure and Dispute Resolution team. Before that, he worked at S.N. Gupta & Associates as part of their corporate litigation team in New Delhi. Earlier he spent 7 years in HSA Advocates.
Mr. Pande is primarily involved in matters adhering to project management, corporate/commercial transactions, and dispute resolution matters in the field of mining and infrastructure projects – predominantly power projects and has also been involved in matters regarding environmental laws, CDM, and renewable energy.
Anshuman has also been a part of transactions for the acquisition of infrastructure and mining assets (both domestic and international), drafting and vetting of various agreements, and general advisory services for compliance requirements in the field of industrial, labour, and environmental laws since 2009.
Anshuman has been practicing law since 2009. He is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and holds a B.A. LLB (Hons.) degree from the National Law Institute University, Bhopal, India.
