Rajdeep is a commercial litigation and arbitration lawyer. He appears in all High Courts in India, the
Supreme Court of India and statutory tribunals. Rajdeep also appears in arbitrations governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (“the ACA”) and all the main rules, including those of the SIAC,
HKIAC, ICC, LCIA, and UNCITRAL.
Rajdeep acts as independent arbitrator and has been admitted as Associate of the Chartered Institute
of Arbitrators (CIArb).
Rajdeep advises and represents all stakeholders in disputes arising in a range of industries, including
oil and gas, power, mining, commodities, shipbuilding, transportation, and trade. This includes
owners, contractors, consultants, insurers, operators, suppliers, lenders, and offtakers.
Rajdeep is also instructed on investigations relating to allegations of fraud, bribery and corruption,
sanctions, money laundering and other misconduct.
